Refund & Return Policy – Miraya Collections

We aim to deliver quality brass jewellery, but if you are not satisfied, this policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds apply.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product delivered is defective or damaged
- A wrong item is delivered
- The product received is missing components
- The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging with tags/labels
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal dislike
- Minor colour differences due to screen/lighting
- Normal oxidation/tarnish in brass jewellery
- Item damaged due to misuse
3. Return Process
To begin a return request:
- Email us at sales@mirayacollections.com
- Include order number, product name, and issue details
- Attach clear photos/videos of the defect
Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued only after product verification.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
5. Exchange / Replacement
If eligible, we will send a replacement of the same item.
If the item is unavailable, you may choose:
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
6. Return Shipping Cost
- If the product delivered is defective/damaged/wrong → return shipping cost is borne by us.
- For all other return reasons, customer must pay return courier charges. (if applicable)
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed only before the item is dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return/refund process must be followed.
